Haha, only if you scrambled it, then it would taste funny, other than that, nope! I've boiled hotdogs and cooked noodles in the same pot, made no difference. You only had to take the hotdogs out before adding the seasoning into the noodles. :)

Never done or tried that. It shouldn't. If you are making soft boiled eggs, put them in about four minutes after hot dogs have been boiling, for about 3 to 3 1/2 minutes.

If you boil the hot dogs for as long as the eggs you will cook them to death. Put eggs in cold water, bring to boil, cover with lid and remove from heat, let stand 10 minutes then put eggs in cold water. Hot dogs are actually better if you brown them in a skillet instead of boiling.

If they do, you had products of low quality. If you think about it, this is not a funny question. It is a health issue, and who knows maybe a law suit if the store where you bought the products is selling products that do not meet health standards.
