yah that pretty much sums it up. do u wear anything underneath a cup would be a better way to put it.

They make compression shorts that have the pockets already in them for your cup, hip pads, and tail pad.

Yes if you want to develop a rash from all of that rubbing. Wear a jock like you're supposed to.

yep...you can wear your underwear if it isn't comfortable.
or...you can go without.

If you experience any chaffing...where the skin gets red and irritated where the cup rubs...try silk under shorts...or - if you can't afford that...

don't laugh...it's ghetto...but it's done...

get moms panty hose...cut them at the thighs...put them on underneath...prevents the "rub".

Talc is great at night if you're already chaffed...I recommend "Gold Bond" medicated powder.

yes, you probably want to wear something like boxer briefs, or something tighter, baggy boxers would be a little uncomfortable.
