there's a man in it and he's very very pale and bald (maybe he's sick? i'm not sure) and near the end he stands in a field during a lightning storm .. i saw it a long time ago and i just can't think of the name of it

"Powder" The guy who plays this character is the same actor who played "The Young Indiana Jones". In this movie,the guy is telekinetic and part psychic. But in the small town where he comes to live,everyone is kinda scared of his ability and make fun of him.
