Dreams are stories told or written in symbols. They are your subconscious brain, relating all of the things from your conscious awake life. They may seem strange or weird or in some instances, perfectly normal. All of the stresses you go through in your daily life, along with everywhere you've been, all the people you meet, the feelings and emotions you have, the thoughts you think and the dialogue you keep throughout the day. The subconscious, picks up on all of this and relays it back to you in dreams. It comes through, mostly in symbols, strange people, strange places and weird off the wall animation. This is because our imagination becomes the dominant factor. Really, the only weird thing about dreams, is when you know the people, places, or things. Than means your actual conscious comes through. Usually when that happens, you've experienced exceptionally stressful events in your awake time. It could be from that day, or even a few years ago. Some folks experience "lucid" dreaming while others don't remember at all. Both of these can be learned, perfected, and you can command them at will. I've been able to do both. Unfortunetly, too many years of nightmares has left me to make the decision to not remember any longer. Hope this helps you on your journey.

There are many types of Dreams. There are dreams which are hopes and aspirations as where you dream of becoming famous. And then there are dreams which you have involuntarily at night and are just the minds method of organizing the data in your head. We all have strange dreams - some more than others. I find that if I have been reading a lot and I am really tired I will have a dream which will involve the information swirling around. Some times I wonder if I have made the right choices and will be transported back to an earlier time. Dreams in your sleep reflect anxieties, things on your mind and experiences which you are trying to decipher, but they are not premonitions.

A dream when you sleep right???? ok, then a dream is something you find in your head when you are asleep, it might be something you had been thinking about or wanted to think about, or it could be totally different, it can be interesting, scary, make you curious, be exciting, be fun, it may be lots of things. It may make you wake up, or it may not, sometimes you have a dream and you don't remember having it when you wake up, or sometimes it's vivid in your memory. Sometimes you say what you are saying in your dream out loud, and other times you walk in your sleep because of your dream, some people like having dreams and other people don't. It is a series of things going through your head. Sometimes it has people and places that you know, and different things that you know in it, like your friends, or your school, while other times it has things in it that you have never seen or heard of before. The dictionary def: A series of images, ideas, emotions, and sensations occurring involuntarily in the mind during certain stages of sleep.

Dreams are nothing but glimpes of thoughts that passed through our minds during each awak time. The mind downloads these thoughts and stores them which is how we are able to learn at such a rapid pace. The reasons dreams become disturbing is only because we are downloading these thoughts so quickly our frontal lobe has a problem viewing what it is thinking. for example if you see a carrot while you are awake no matter if it was in person a picture or on tv that thoughts will download in your sleep and can very easy blend in with another thought lets say cabbage. now maybe in your dream mixed with other thoughts your also making coleslaw. see what I mean.

:)
I believe a dream can tell you many things.
At night we go to sleep, but are brains keep working just like our hearts do.
A dream can tell you something that you may have missed that is an important fact in your life.
A dream can reveal your ambition's, and your imagination.
Some people are aspired from visions that come to them when they dream.
Some peoples dreams can change their life completely for better or for worse.
A nightmare happens when your brain encounters a problem with the equation that it is trying to show you through a dream.
For instance, you are walking in a green meadow, looking at the Sunshine, and wolf comes out of the woods to attack you.
You brain is telling you in your real life something is stopping you from enjoying life, or something relative like that.
Some dreams can become completely random.
Most dreams that are completely random have no meaning whatsoever, but some are meant to have meaning even though they are random.
Some people believe in astral projection.
They think it can take place while in a sleep mode.
Many people have said to have had experienced such an outer body experience.
I myself have thought that maybe I have attempted astral project also, while dreaming.
Dreams are mysteries.
Dreams can turn your reality into fantasy and that is one of the fun things about them.
Sleep well, live well, and dream easy. :)

For me, dreaming has always been an outlet into another world, a place where I could live through my fears and work through life's problems. It is also a place to experience yourself as you truly are, uninhibited by the way you define yourself while waking. I interpret dreams for free. Look me up on 360 if you're interested. Maybe I can help.

Dreams are part of our subconscious mind, brain activities at night. They can be triggered by media effect (tv, news, movies), actual events, daily activities. It reflects our inner self, personality and/or our fear. Some dreams are prophetic but not too many people have that. Scary dreams often mean that you have sense of insecurity or guilt conscience in real life.

A dream happens when you go to sleep in REM (Rapid Eye Movement) mode. It's part of your subconscious that interact with your fantasies and dreams, that somehow relates to current events with everyday life. There's a hierachy of dream icons and symbols that represent a part of the dream. If you gave us more detail on the dream, we probably can get it analyzed and interpreted.
