Many of the NFL teams have their own tv networks such as the Redskins and the Packers. Do the Texans have one?

The Packers television network affiliates are local town's broadcasting stations that broadcast the Packer games.

As with the Packers, the Houston Texans Television Network amounts to a list of affiliates that broadcast games and commentary on the games. The Official Website of the Houston Texans says to visit it to get the list of affiliates, but it is not easily found. Can you find it? I didn't.

NFL teams have their own network during the preseason, but no NFL team has a network like MLB, NBA, or NHL teams do. The league controls the TV contracts.
