I like songs with a good, constant beat. Usually rap and R & B have that type of sound. However, I like classical rock music, like "I Will Survive" and "Eye of the Tiger." However, different people have different tastes.

It really depends on what I'm doing. If I am lifting, I play something intense, or heavy. Most of the time I play Rammstein(Buck Dich, Feuer Frei!, and Mein Tiel are awesome), Korn, and Disturbed. There is also some 2-Pac, 50 Cent, Beastie Boys, LL Cool J, and lots of others in my current playlist. When I do cardio I play something like the Rocky Theme, or maybe some instrumental stuff so I don't think about lyrics, and focus on my workout. I play normal stuff when lifting so I can focus on the lyrics instead of the people around me. If I need to be motivated I put on 'Eye of the Tiger'. That song is a staple for me.
