Bear in mind that your foreskin should only pull back to a certain extent before, like any other organ, it is strained and will begin to hurt.
That said, if your foreskin does not pull back as far as it should, you should see a doctor. There is a surgical procedure to correct that, or you could go for complete circumcision (removal of the foreskin).
Definitely seek medical attention immediately if you're not able to properly wash yourself as this will lead to other problems. If this is something new, could be indicative of a problem requiring immediate medical attention.

You shouldn't need to pull your foreskin back to masturbate. See a doctor, I'm serious.... your foreskin shouldn't hurt. Do you wash under it? If you aren't able to wash under your foreskin, definitely see a doctor.

Wow. If you pull your finger really far back, does it start to hurt? You might have noticed that that is a very sensitive part of your body- it hurts just like everything else. Just don't pull on it hard and you should be fine.

its probably blisters, they will not heal up if you dont quit masterbating so much. jest let the little fella rest about a week and all should be fine.
