I used to work at Roses, so I received a 10% discount...when Charmin, Bounty, Dry Idea (deodorant) & alcohol (rubbing) was on sale I would layaway 3-5 cases of each. Everyone thought I was nuts, but my family was never without those items.

Sometimes canned vegetables (staples like beans and tomatoes) go on sale for really good prices by the case at my local grocery store, and I will buy several cases of each and store them in a closet. Other than that, probably soda when it's on sale.

Oh geez- it has to be cheese! We love cheese in my house- but it can also be hamburger because we use that a lot too. I once bought 10 bottles of Diet Pepsi cause they were 69 cents a piece. Ramen Noodles also rank high well at least for my son!

Beer. I usually stick to 3 or 4 brands, but sometimes I get something else if it's a case on sale to try.

Well I don't think it was on sale...I think it's always dirt cheap. I've bought a whole case of ramen noodles just because they're only a quarter each.

soda. ^.~ I bought ten 12 packs in one day and then the next day went back and bought ten more. it was a really good deal. then today I bought 20 jars of baby food because they are really cheap at walmart.
