From a personal trainer I was told the best time to weigh yourself is in the morning after you have showered and used the restroom, and with no clothes on.

What's your reason for weighing yourself? If it is to track weight loss or gain over a specific period, it would be more important to ensure that you are consistently weighing yourself at the same time every day (always in the morning, always at night) than to do so at a certain time (morning, noon, evening). Your most consistent weigh-ins will probably be first thing in the morning, since your food intake and caloric expenditure will vary on a daily basis.

When you first wake up. It's kind of like your base weight. You'll notice after you eat/drink for breakfast your weight will go up like 3-5 pounds from when you weighed yourself in the morning.
