Jogging will burn more calories because your keeping the BMR at a steady rate and your not pushing it to hard to just improve cardio. When running your really working your cardio more than burning calories. Speed walking is good as well. It really just depends on what is best for you. What I suggest for you is to do everything right in the morning before you eat because you burn 3x more calories on an empty stomach beacuse the body goes straight to the fat for energy since there is no calories to feed off of. Wait an hour after you jog in the morning so your BMR can continue to you use your body fat stores as energy before you eat.

Jogging and weight training burn the most calories. You are exerting more energy with jogging, though you have to run a certain amount and you are using energy and applying or combating force with weights so you will also burn calories while building muscle.

probably jogging/running, atleast youll lose faster.
