What you really need to do is start eating foods that are high in protein and high in good fat. What I mean by good fat is mono-saturated and Polyunsaturated. That means lots of meat, chicken, etc., You can also do this by taking Mass Protein shakes that are loaded with good calories. You can find these shakes at www.bodybuilding.com. You also need to work out religiously to make sure your body does not store these as fat.

Try protein. It helps build muscle.

Food alone will not do much but put on fat. You're going to have to exercise to build muscle. Try going to the local gym or weight room and talk with a trainer there. They have good advice on what exercises you should do and how many calories you should be getting and what to eat.

Good Luck!

you need to find out about your body type and decide on a type of diet. Eating pasta would make me gain weight, but it wouldn't work the same on you. Your blood type is also very important.

Eat a lot of heavy carbohydrates: Potatoes, preferably baked, rice, pastas. Bread counts too but not as much.

Lots and lots, but workout too or most likely you'll get too chunky. Let me know how it works.

It worked great for me, I gained 8 pounds in a month.
