You sound like you're a perfect weight to me. Consider yourself lucky and enjoy your cuteness while you're young!
As far as how to dress, I advise straight-leg jeans and pants, not flared or tapered, to make your legs look longer. Don't cuff your pants, get them the right length or sew the bottoms up yourself to hit right at the back of your natural heel. Folding the cuffs up at the bottom make your legs look shorter. Same goes for shorts--no cuffs. And you may think super-short skirts and shorts are hotter and show more leg to make them look longer, but the opposite is true. Get a 3-4 inch inseam at least. Capris are okay if they're straight-legged and not flared or cuffed. Gaucho pants are a no-no. And those extra-low-rise jeans--please! They look hot from the front, but have you seen the love handles that they create from behind? No matter how skinny the girl is! If she has any kind of hips at all, they bulge out over the tops and look terrible. If she has no hips, then they'll just fall down and show crack. Bad either way.

Your weight range for your height and age is 92lbs. to 106lbs. You are fine! Don't lose weight just to fit a stereotype. As long as you are within your limits, you are good. Enjoy the body you have now because (trust me) you won't have it forever!

It sounds like you are at a healthy wieght if you were tall shoes they will make you appear to be slimmer and lift your butt without having to lose wieght. Stay away from tight shirts that will show your natural curves were looser casual clothes.
