I would go with lean meats (grilled chicken mostly)...and then salads, fruits, vegetables...the normal stuff you always hear about.

Just try to not eat a lot of bread or food with a lot of sugar in it. You might also want to stay away from products like canned soup which have high sodium contents. The sodium hurts because, espescially in women, it causes people to retain more water weight.

Good luck!

Unless you are planning to stay an a strict diet the rest of your life try these.

1. Don't starve

Before breakfas: a cup of warm water
2. for breakfast ( Oatmeal, a toast and 1 boiled egg, or poched, as long as the egg is not cooked in oil. Just use some creativity.
Before lunch: a cup of warm water
3. Lunch: Skinless baked or grilled chiken, veggy salad, using salad dressings such as lemon juice with olivie oil, and all the condiments you like.
Before dinner: a cup of warm water
4. Some nice prepared turkey, steamed rice and steamed veggies.

The trick no to gain weight is having good eating habbits. Eating your dinner before dark, small amounts and some workout.

well it kind of depends what diet works for you maybe u should try steamed vegetables and some foods that doesn't have much fat in them. when you want to cook meat or anything don't use to much oil unless its good oil like olive oil. If you are planning to be on a low carbs diet try to not it things that are starchy like : rice, wheat, or potatoes.

Salads, tofu, yogurt, and chicken (not fried, obviously).

That sounds like a good combination.
