I need a way to relieve mental stress, I cant take my anger out on those squishy hand balls, most of the time i take it by punch holes in my wall or breaking something. Bad habit i know and i need help channeling and getting rid of it. I mostly get stressed in between working, studying and disputes with people.

To relieve stress, I do the following:
1. Walk away from it! :)
2. Clean the house.
3. Go fishing.
4. Concentrate on something meaningless.
5. Play sports!
6. Write on blogs.
7. Read this book... Don't Sweat the Small Stuff!

Try punching yourself in the face.
It will focus your anger inward, bring the sweet release of pain, and give you an idea of how the wall feels when you hit it.
