Yes! Over stressing the brain can make you negative and no fun to be around. People tend to take you in small doses without trying to hurt your feelings!

What you can do is plan on purpose to not over analyze a problem, situation, or circumstance to the point of negativity. you will know if you do when you start to get negative about it.

Approach every thing you are dealing with on a daily basis from a positive viewpoint, for instance, instead of saying " I just know that this is going to be more of a problem that I realized,it'll never get done", say, " What is the BEST way that I can tackle this job to get the desired results!" You can even ask someone to "brainstorm" the project with you and feed off of their positive energy!
That's another thing, to do, place your self around positive, happy people and it will rub off on you because you will be affected by their attitude and it will become your own.

I'm naturally a postive person anyway, but it always helps to count your blessings. Overanalyzing life is hard...You need to learn to let go of that and just enjoy life. Sit in a park and people watch, rent a funny movie, read a good book...Whenever you start overthinking stuff, think of a good joke or tell yourself to shut-up. Life's too short!

You should totally just be yourself. Sooner or later 'trying' to be nice will get you stepped on all over. So whomever you are surrounded by should accept you just the way you are. If they don't they you really don't need to be around them. They are who you should really not mind at all. Be totally content with yourself and I'm sure you will find much truer friends.

Stop overanalysing everything in your life. If you catch yourself doing it, just say to yourself "it is what it is" and go on about your day. Sounds like you have too much free time on your hands, so get yourself busy! Get a job if you don't already have one, or take a class if you're not in school, take up a hobby...

I just try to not let all the negative crap get to me. Take walks, breathe when something starts to bother you. Sometimes I walk around way too cheerful, and be overly nice to people because it is just fun to see their reactions.
