depends on a number of factors.
say you are in a job you hate but you make 100k. the 100k makes the job worth it to you because you can support a good lifestyle.
but if you can support yourself nicely on 50k and the job rocks then 50k is a good.
i would say a sizable income is the number that you feel is the best balance.

The truth is that depends on where you live. Sizeable in some states isn't enough to pay the basics in others. It also depends on how many people you support on what you earn. If it is just yourself then a lesser amount would be sizeable. 6 figures is a common term in our culture for a "sizeable" income.
To get all the dope on incomes go to http://www.dol.gov/ and click on "wages".

That depends on a lot of factors. Where you live, what your expectations are, your age, etc. A sizeable income is one that exceeds your everyday needs and allows you to do things that most people can't do. It is sort of like a sizeable penis. It most matters if you know how to use it.

For one person - $50k or more per year. For a household with two working adults, $80K or more.
But I live in a small town in the Northeast. You might not want to go by me.
