I love the scene when Gandalf leads the charge of the Rohirrim to save Helms Deep...they look to him at dawn, and there he is with Eomer to charge in and save the day...I know it's all computer animation, but that charge is awesome...and the rest of the battle, epic...

Hard choice but here goes
Fellowship: When they are escaping from the mines and Gimli gets all mad saying "This is one dwarf you aren't tossing!"
Two Towers: The final scene with Frodo, Sam and Golum. You almost wanted to yell at the screen that Gollum was flippin warped and was up to no good.
Return of the King..Right after Aragorn is crowned king. Frodo, Sam, Merry and Pippin start to kneel before him and he gets all misty eyed and tells them they are all equal and they do not have to kneel. It was just a very touching scene.

My favorite part is during the battle in the two towers when Legolas slides down the stairs on the shield and kills all the orks with the bow and arrow.

I actually love the painful parts .. Gandalf falling and Frodo screaming as he's carried away. Gollum's complete schizophrenic episodes, things like that.

fellowship = when gandalf battles the balrog at the bridge
return of the king (extended edition)= when gandalf faces the witchking wasnt long but dramatic
return of the king = when gandalf talks about life after death

1.the death scene of boromir in fellowship
2.the scence of gollum fighting with him self
3. the scence pippin singing as faramir goes to his doom while his father eats.
all in all the whole of the movies is excellent.
