Ok...of course I am not an expert but...
I think it is saying that there is one true God and that if a person worships the wrong one then you will suffer wrath (wrath could be interpreted as having problems in life that you normally wouldn't have if you wouold follow the instrustion of God). And that it is better to learn about this truth and live it for awhile than to never have lived it at all. And that the temple could represent a or any religion but not the right one so in this case a person has lost out on the blessings from the true God. And that God has givin us the words and the wisdom (seeds sown) and there is some results from it. His words are plentiful now (water) but soon it will be gone (wind). It dosn't have an ending...saying what will happen to those who took the water and those who didn't.

I've looked at a lot of poetry and this is not bad. One word is spelled wrong in the first one: guite should be quite. These stanzas use the sonnet form. (third line does not rhyme -puposefully). For a translation this is very, very good. As to the understanding it is: learning the message of God in the tavern is better than not learning it in the temple and What ever you labors and learning, your life flows like water but flies away like the wind. I think I recognize the Rubiayat of Omar Khayyam.
