Theyve been together for 6 months. We were together for a year. We're friends now, but i want more. Since I was the one that called things off, do i owe it to him to just wait this relationship out?

I'm sorry to break it to you but that ship has sailed. You should have thought about that before you broke up with him. He's with someone else. So if you really love him, you owe it to him to leave him alone. Move on. Trust me you'll find someone else.
