Contact ure local council and ask for the registration of local childminders.
Just let your mate know that ure not coping too well with so many kids (more than two kids to look after is more like a full time job.)
Let her know that she can apply for tax credits that will help pay for childcare.

well why did you say yes if you dont want to look after the brats? Tell her that you dont want to do it - and yes she'll probably be loud and aggressive accusing you of hating her children and make it all out to be your fault. Do you really give a crap? Keep your cool, dont swear at her or call her or the kids names - just be insistant that you cannot do it as it impinges on your time.
Good luck.

You have to tell her. Did you originally agree to look after her children? If so, it could be tricky? Does she pay you anything? f so just tell her that to be a childminder you need to be registered so she'll have to take her children somewhere else. Failing that, get registered and tell her your charges. Might be a nice little earner for you. Good luck!

Tell her , she should have checked this with you before she took the job.
Can't you look after them both together?

If you are not registered or being paid make various excuses (if you don't want to offend) for not being there.
Otherwise tell them their kids are their responsibility
