I am sorry for your loss. You will think about it unfortunately but think about all the good times you had. Talk to your family and friends. I am sure that many people love you and love your grandpa. Take this time to share with them your best memories of him. Sometimes talking makes it easier. I am truly sorry again for your loss. I wish you and your family best wishes.

You should think about it. Remember him. Remember all the fond memories you've collected over the years. Rejoice in him. Go to his grave if you can. Leave some flowers. Cry a little. Then wish him happy birthday, smile, and go on with life.

stop trying not to think about him its his day to remember him cuz this was the day he was born. I know that its hard to get over a death but its his day, so if his grave is near then go out there with flowers and say happy birthday to him and maybe even spend some time there just talking about whats been going on in life.

Nothing. You should think about it and give the respect of remembering someone whom you cared for and loved. Drop a rose at his grave or light a white candle today in honor. Or just keep busy and don't get too upset.

Stop trying not to think about it. Instead pick something to do today to celebrate who your grandpa was and what he meant to you. It is ok to be sad and miss the ones we love after they pass on, but it is just as important to live for them and celebrate what they meant to you.

Maybe you should think about it, treat it as a memory day for him and all the good memories you have of him. Set a certain time to do that today, than call a friend and do something with them.

Sorry to hear that. You can do a couple of things to help pass the time and not think about it.
1. Watch T.V.
2. Go shopping
3. Go out with friends

I'm really sorry for your loss.
I don't really think there is anything you can do to stop yourself from thinking about it. You could buy some flowers and pay your respects at his grave and maybe that might help you to feel like you told him happy birthday.
If your grandma is still alive, you could go visit her, or call her and talk to her.

You should honor his life in some way. This way you can have something positive ti think about. Go to a place yall used to go together. Leave flowers somewhere for him. Write a poem and recite it for him. He's listening.
