That has got to be the most original rant I've seen a long time. While I agree that the earth needs to be protected and respected I think you're going about effecting change in the wrong way. Rants and accusations only serve to turn people away from the cause.

No offense, but you are an IDIOT if you think JUST Christians are killing the Earth. EVERYONE is responsible. No one in this world is innocent concerning this. Believe me, I'm no environmental freak but at least I understand that you can't blame just one group of people. Jesus is dead (not his spirit, mind you. his body is dead). "Jesus Saves." is a human slogan, not some higher being's. Besides, it should be "Faith saves." not Jesus. One cannot follow Jesus' teachings word for word and apply to the world today. Things were vastly different in those days.
As for the premeditated thing, in Jesus' day, they had no idea that the future was going to be so destructive. Doesn't premeditated mean, "with intent?" i'm pretty sure that people nowadays are too caught up in themselves to even pay attention to their lady, Mother Earth, and the ones that aren't just don't care. I freely admit that I am one of those people. I realize that I can't do a damned thing to stop what the rest of the human race has begun. Mother Earth will retaliate, I assure you. Or Earth will become the next Mars.
Another thing I am curious about is what you said about the First Commandment. The First Commandment has nothing to do with "forgiveness." It states that there shall be no other gods besides God. You really need to do your research before you post an ignorant comment like that.
Finally, Christians probably don't regard Mother Earth as a living being. They consider God as the only higher being in the universe. Mother Earth is, indeed, a higher being and if there is a higher being like the Christian God then he probably doesn't care what happens to this "goddess."

Listen now, yes the earth is perishing because of all of the things we are doing to it, yes. But did you know that this world that we see now will pass away and a new earth will come, a paradise. Christians are not agianst doing well for the planet. So don't ignorantly throw all christians together. It is easy t blame one particular group I guess thought right. Right. What is going on in the world right now (earthquakes, forestfires, floods etc..) has all been prophesied as the signs of the times of Jesus' return and the end times.Wether you think thats what it is or not thats the truth and i pray you will come to know it. I agree, it is a sad sight to see, but we are living in the end times now my friend. This earth is a gift from God and His will will be done concerning it. it is becoming corrupted through and through, war, disease etc..
But take comfort in knowing that if you accept Jesus into your heart as your Lord and Saviour you will be saved and enter into a world of everlasting beauty and peace. Don't say no one ever offered you this invitation. it is a wonderful thing and God loves you and appreciated your concern for His planet.
But be very careful when you accuse my Lord Jesus of being a liar. don't think you won't suffer the consequences of that if you are unreppentant.

Baby Chill, It is not "that" serious. Because we will all be resurrected after the rapture, we will get 1,000 years to occupy a restored earth and those who have not heard the Word will be given a chance to hear it and utilize it. The 1,000 years will be your 2nd chance for Christians who were misinformed my false prophets and greedy megachurches. Then for a small period of time Satan will be unleashed among all of us and we will have to show our allegiance to Christ and God. That will be the "true" Judgment Day. After Judgment Day, Satan and the wicked will be destroyed, annihilated and the rest of the Christians who have proven ourselves worthy to live out our days serving the Lord will live here on Earth, in paradise, with our new government - God's Kingdom in Heaven. We will be youthful, no sickness, no death as God had originally proposed and we will not have to fear death or sickness anymore. We will live forever on paradise on this restored earth. And Mother Nature will give you a High Five for all of your concern. Now exhale.

ok i agree that a LOT of the world isn't taking the problems in the environment seriously and that our Dear Mother is sick, but I also think she will live through it. Humans need a place to live. Simple as that. She is strong and has went through so many changes in atmosphere since she was but a mote in space, and look where she is now! The proud parent of billions of people. Sure they act like teenagers and steal money out of her wallet or her liquor, but she will continue to nurture us even as she punishes us. Lighten up. It isn't just Christians, and Jesus is dead, he had nothing to do with it. By now he's been reincarnated so many times, he's not Jesus anymore, but Billy down the street or Zorg on Planet AKFHALKHLA. You are giving non-Christians a bad name by singling out only CHristians.

I'm sorry but this really sounds like a joke. If so, funny. If not, then you really need help. People are killing Earth, not Jesus. Jesus has nothing to do with it. God gave humans the rule of Earth. It's not His fault if we screw it up. He did give us free will after all. Not to mention that when the Bible says, "Jesus saves," it means US not a stupid planet that will eventually die anyhow. Everything dies sweety, EVERYTHING.

First of all mankind (all of us) are responsible for the destruction of this earth. We polute it with our chemicals and everything. God created the heavens and the earth and he can save it if he wants, but the earth is going down because he has already promised a new heaven and a new earth, but if you don't give your life to Christ, then you won't enjoy it. I'll pray for you

Jesus didn't do what you accuse Him of , Satan did . He is disease , hate , the father of lies , and the root cause for all strife and confusion . If you want to accuse anyone of anything at least get it right . Matthew 12:36-37
