My partner and I are celebrating our 5 year anniversary next week and she wants me to suprise her by going somewhere or doing something special. She wants to be really impressed but im having trouble of thinking what special thing we could do to fit the bill. It needs to be original, fun and not too expensive. I could take her for a very classy meal in the best restaurant in town but thats not very impressive or original. Any suggestions?

Try this, the day before write out cards that give her instructions to find the next card alos onthe card give her something to do and a time to do for the next day. Also, say something a little romantic like how nice it as bee the past 5 years, stuff like that. Like for example one card could be placed at the door where she always comes in saying Honey, You are very special and I want you to fell as terrifc as you look., then have a date and time shceduled for her to get a mini spa treatment. When you make the appoimnt at the spa as them to give her the next card and maybe that will have an appoint to the hairdresser and they can give her the next card maybe to her favorite or your favorite lingire shop and they can give her the next card with the gift the last card should be at home and you can tell her to put on the gift and meet you in a nice quiet place of your choice, have some candles lit some soft background music and dinner catered in,(you can order it from your favorite restaurant and bring it home). Then give her that card that expresses how you have felt over the last five years. What do you think.

I accept as true with Fillia J, even as the right individual comes alongside something will be romantic, i lately invited my boyfriend round(he take me to dinner maximum week ends) for dinner, i did not practice dinner something too unique yet something diverse, set my table with candles and each and each of the cutlery, wine and mushy song, it grow to be in extreme priced yet personal, he loved it, it set the mood for something else of the evening too, so try it do something at abode,(even my son who's 13 responded the door with a tea towel over his arm and requested him to go back in and that this meal will be served presently, that grow to be a good ice breaker(children were banned from down stairs that nite hee hee)

Not to criticize but it appears she's the boss here. Don't know what your location has to offer, what's there to do? It appears bud she's testing you, why is what you must think of. Be creative and think what she is partial to.

it really depends on what kind of things she likes. If you have been with her for 5years you should know what she's into. Just go with what you think. Be adventurous.... good luck
