I would assume mexico, but what about China? People do have tricky ways of comming over. Like packing crates. Please tell the answer. PS I live on a boarder state and have seen the work of both leagal immigrants, and native born hispanics and they are very clean hard working people with an intense work ethic. It is a traditional value system of theirs. I live among hispanics who have family members traced back to living in the USA for hundreds of years. They do not identify with mexico or illegal immigration. They identify with the USA and are proud americans. They are former millitary and do not condone the use of the Mexican flag. If offends them. Many of these people have been anti mexico since well before this current protest. They have been anti mexico for generations because it gives them a bad name. They identify with Spain and Spain only and also their native american ancestry. They realize that some of their ancestors may have come from mexico via the conquestadors passing, but do not have any family there that they know. They do not even like to think of this fact. These people are hispanic americans and do not like flags of mexico and while may speak spanish will not file into protest with these people they are anti illegal imigration.

Is there a way to find out?? I mean, they are illegal, and are not documented. So how could anyone really accurately answer that question?

I think people assume it is Mexico because they are right next door to us, and it is always in the news about Mexicans crossing the border illegally. But who knows? It could be Germany or Canada for all we know. Until the study is really done, no one will have a definite answer.

And to say that all Americans are immigrants except the Native Americans is a fools logic,there were no laws against immigration when my ancestors entered this country.The land did not belong to the Indians who also immigrated to here from another land mass.Perhaps the cave man was the true owner of the land,if we want to go back far enough,but then he too came from somewhere else.This land belongs to all Americans.Get over that.
But we do have laws against immigration now in this country and they need to be obeyed by all.
