battery problems.............?

Question

I have a battery in my cell that only charges to 2 levels.....this is not a full charge.......how do I go about fixing this.......it's like the battery has a short charge limit......anyway of restoring this...........????

it could be a defect in your phone or your battery, but it would be cheaper and easier to test the battery theory first. Try to attain another battery and see if that helps. If not most cell phones come with a one year warranty as long as you haven't broken the phone or gotten it wet
