Since my sister is a hair dresser, she told me that getting your hair trimmed on a regular bases helps it grow. And another plus to getting it trimmed regularly is that you won't have split ends!

I used Vitatress Shampoo to fix that problem, it really worked wonders, but I couldn't use it every day, follow up w/ a really good conditioner, though.

go to Walmart and go to the pat section, they have this shampoo for horses called "Mane and Tail" It make your hair thicker and makes you hair grow faster. it also makes it shine.
