its a loose conspiracy based on the book "the Holy blood and the holy grail". But even the authors of this book said that, although they based their hypothesis on evidence, it was only a theory.

it is a possibility, but i suggest you don't form your opinion based on the da vinci code, a work of fiction. Read up some more on the subject - there's loads of books on it. (Make sure they're by reputable sources though.)

No i do no longer believe that Jesus replaced into married, both to Mary Magdalene or anybody else. I actually have examine the Da Vinci Code yet I actually have also examine the 'Da Vinci code defined' (found in Christian e book shops) and in case you examine it you'll discover out the position the Brown e book falls down. i imagine that guy is in straightforward words too prepared to fall for Satans lies and fantasys and could truly be counted on their own skill than that of the author. God gave guy loose will. . . devil confirmed him a thanks to apply it.

A companion, yes; girlfriend or wife, I choose to believe not. But there is no way that anyone can know for sure. Everything is theory based on their translation of scripture.

My personal belief, and everyone is entitled to their own, is that Jesus was a sacrifice for mankind. In Old Testament times, sacrifices were pure; virginal, if you will. While Jesus was in a mortal body here on Earth, his purpose here was great enough as to not subject him to the "pleasures" of the flesh so that he could be "sacrificed" for all mankind's sins.

Just my 2 cents. :)

Not according to Dan Brown. The concept makes sense though.

You can find some truth in any book.

Any book that claims to be the ultimate and only true book
is untrue.

Even dictionaries are only true in one language (not
all words translate).

Having read the Bible and the Da Vinci Code
for sheer enjoyment I give the nod to Mr. Brown.

To many cooks spoil the broth (to many authors).

I believe she was one of the disciples and that she unfortunately got cut out of the bible at the council of Nicaea, as a female disciple was not corresponding with the churches image of where they wanted to take Christianity.

As far as companion, I guess it's possible but I don't know

Well she clearly was a "companion" in the sense that she followed him around the holy land.

If you are referring to companion as in a wife or girlfriend, I think it is very possible, tho no one can know for sure.

actually, he was not the first to offer this theory and there are quite a few serious researchers that find it very possible, and indeed more likely than not. i chose to believe it because jesus was a good guy, though i don't believe he was divine, and i like to think that he had some love in his life.

She was after Jesus saved her. I think she was just a friend. I dont believe she slept with him though. I guess we cant ask her and everyone has their own opinions on what happened. It doesnt really say in the bible either.

Totally fabricated. Do you think Clinton set up 9-11 because Gore lost the election? Do you think Moses may have been Mary's first wife? Making such suggestions gives no credibility to them. I call it the OJ Defense: Idiotic suggestions with no evidence.
