i had sex with a girl few days back and she said me she is pregnant in 2 days.

Depends on your definition of pregnancy. If a woman is ovulating so that her egg has dropped and you have unprotected sex, then fertilization can happen right away. However from that point, the fertilized egg has to travel from falllopion tubes to the uterus where implantation begins. Scientifically speaking, once implantation is complete (6-12 approx days after fertilization) that is when a woman is pregnant.

There is no way she could know that fast.

If you are within 3 days to 5 days after intercourse and do not want to get pregnant she should go to Planned Parenthood to discuss emergency contraception options (such as Plan B or depending on her age, an IUD). There is still a chance pregnancy can be PREVENTED (it would not be abortion this early on based on the technical definition of pregnancy). However if she is pregnant (you've seen the positive test) it could be from an earlier act of sex.
