It all depends on the person. There are some that may think that this cuts into their own personal freedoms and won't fly because of it.

Me on the other hand if putting everything in your checked baggage has even the remotest possibly of not having my butt blown into tiny little bits then I'm all for it.

I think that's great for the most part. This way the security process will go so much faster. All you have to do is go through the security check points, take off your shoes, jackets and whatever and that's it! Can you imagine how much faster those lines will go? On the other hand, because everything during flights cost up to 10 bucks these days, this will sort of suck. If you get hungry you will need to buy something to eat. Who knows maybe they will start charging for beverages now too, taking the whole situation for granted!?!

I think it's wonderful. After all, if it keeps us SAFE it's worthwhile. I think all air travelers should be forced to stand in line naked while they BAAaaaa like sheep, and then be subjected to body cavity searches before boarding. After all, there are terrorists out there who "hate us because of our freedom" so let's hurry to give up the last remnants of our freedom, our rights, and our human dignity. THEN we'll be safe, right?

It's okay with me. I don't travel by air.

Maybe we should go back to steam ships.

But some glamour back in travel.
