gosh i can't remember her name for the life of me at the moment. but she was a former flame and came in to get her hair cut one day and then shane and her had an affair and carmen found out about it when shane fessed up. o sherri jaffe i think was her name...

Yeah, that was Sherri Jaffe. She was played by one of the Arquette girls.
