Subject: Re: Piggy pig piglet- bacon in my mind

Message: Interesting response. I will forward this on to the electronic crimes division at my department. You obviously don't realize that you just commited a felony by threatening a peace officer, as well as a third party. No matter, ignorance is not an excuse. Might take a while, but you will be hearing from me / us again. Yahoo is really good about providing information to assist us in prosecuting folks in just this type of situation. Please e-mail me again and add to the list of charge

I did forward your post along, and the guys in that department gave me a little education. It is harder than I thought to get anything done over a post on the internet. A direct e-mail is a little different, but not much. Basically, the Lt. I talked to told me that they would not waste any time on some "piss ant little punk" that got me riled online, which, in all honesty, is what happened. I'll do what he suggested and just ignore you. I'll give a little bit of free advice though. Don't make the mistake of saying any of that stuff to a cop's face. Lot's will ignore you, but some, as you see from other people's experiences, will just bust you up, and you will go to jail for threatening a police officer. If you don't believe me, try it someplace other than the internet. Be careful kid, you have a dangerous attitude, and may get hurt. I wish I had never responded to your post the way I did, it just reinforced stereotypes everyone has about police officers.

Hey Quasi, cops suck and do you know why? With all due respect I could not be a cop because I probably would become an ahole also. But the reason they suck is because they all stand around while the beating of the handcuffed suspect takes place and dont do anything. They should be prosecuted as if they participated for get this (out of your own book) failing to stop and render aid. We all know thats a joke because they just slap them on the wrist anyway. If they tried to actually help people and understand the situation that is unfolding in front of them they may have a few more friends but as it stands now they only have each other and a few doughnut vendors and maybe a girl or two that likes to be abused.
That cop is a good example trying to show his authority and acting like a child becaue we all know he is full of bs, he is a joke like the rest of them. I see cops break the law all the time.

You could always report this person for impersonating a police officer. That is a crime also. You cannot convict someone of a crime with message board postings or emails alone. That is why the police have to stage STING operations for child predators on the internet. The person actually has to show up with the intention of commiting the crime in order to be arrested. The emails and messages become a way to lure the creeps in and become evidence to prosecute them. Besides how can they prove that it was actually YOU who posted the threatening message/email-someone could have broken into your account. Sounds like a case of "little man syndrome" or a security guard "rent a cop" trying to flex his little muscles. You may want to think about what you are posting on this site, though. You aren't totally innocent though, I've read your other postings and you really have issues. If you are young, please educate yourself and learn some manners. If you are old, please get a life. You put down police officers but ask yourself, are they the a$$hole$ or are you?

There is a law in California called the anti-slapp statue. SLAPP stands for the strategic lawsuit against public participation. It is used by companies and government officials to attempt to suppress free speech on the Internet. Anti-SLAPP allows you to sue public and private officials for trying to suppress your right of free speech.

Moving forward:

1. It is generally not illegal to threaten a police officer using the Internet as a medium. The officer would have to PROVE that you had real intent and ability to harm him. That would be next to impossible.

2. Yahoo does not release information without a signed court order. They also email you a notification if any public or private agency wishes your information.,

3. It is not as easy as you think to prove that an individual wrote something on the Internet. You may be able to trace down the computer (via IP trace routes), but you have to prove that an individual actually wrote something.

4. 99% on these types of boards aren't who they say they are. I can say I am the CEO of Google, but do you really know any different?

Cops around my neighborhood are (twigs between legs). They see 2 teenagers walking down the street and all of a sudden it's gung-ho, ten-four, two two niner heavy!

I dunno what I just said.. if it makes any sense at all.. but, that's not the point. I respect policemen.. but not those that decide to go off on their own program.

Everyone has freedom of speech.. And another thing.. So what-- you said that-- wow. Doesn't he have better things to do than harass someone across the country?

Sure you made a comment, that may have offended him, which is uncalled for-- but, he didn't have to stoop to the level and build on the pile of sh!t an even more retarded response.

Sure, he can go right ahead and send it in to the dept. but, that'll only make him look stupid. If I was a cop-- his supervisor, I'd tell him, "get this sh!t outta my face! There is a woman being held hostage at Bank of America...and you wanna make some kiddie email a priority!.. Get out!"

I can say whatever I wish to whomever I want.. And they too can do whatever they WANT... Not necessarily legal. Sure, I may disrespect a police officer that acts like a complete prick to me.. And it has happened before.

When I got into my car, a cop was driving by and told me that I need to get out of the street because it was blocking his field of vision... The street is 3 lanes wide... Get real...

And, so I said.. I'm going to the store, and as you can see, there are people tree trimming, so I'm going to park right here--- he demanded to move the vehicle or he was going to write me a ticket..

And so I said, you can't do that-- and I don't care what you say, I'm parking right here.. in front of MY HOUSE!!

Anyway, he asked me to step outta the car and give him my DL, and another cop came out and said not to worry about it.. but that was after an hour of him Bullsh!tten me...and wasting time.

It was pathetic!!

So, yes, I can see your point of view.

You're right. Gives us a bad name. However in the future should you require the services of a cop why not tell him or her that to their face? You may be taken aback by their response.

of course it doesn't say a lot for your maturity level either. Besides...i wouldn't brag about living with a lawyer. They'll all legal prostitutes anyway.

Haha, you're going to get a beat down by the cops the next time you get pulled over for "acting suspicious" in a white neighborhood. :)

Just make sure you don't have a can of Pepsi or Dr. Pepper in your hand when they stop you. They might mistake it for a gun and shoot you.
