My idea of this is taking direct attention away from a particular country could this idea pose as an evil one considering one world order could result in bar codes or computer chips being placed or inserted on humans easier to inforce? If this army was possible?

Since this army consist of foreigners.Their allegiance would not necessarily belong to their home country.Their allegiance would belong to whoever created this force.
Normally, these "foreign legions" consist of soldiers that share a common belief.Or at least familiar with these beliefs(Like the French Foreign Legion will have the usual Westerners but will also have Japanese,Korean,South Pacific, African and some Middle Easterners).
Most will have something in common. They come from Western type societies or were once colonies of these countries.Outside of these countries. Most would not want to belong to such organizations.Probably the same countries that would cause trouble in the first place.

Four big problems:
(1) Funding
(2) Standardization of Equipment
(3) Language Barriers
(4) Accountability or Allegiance
They've tried this many a time. Eurocorps (Franco-German effort, total bust) and various task forces that have been created by everyone from the UN, NATO, OAS, etc etc. Very, very few of them have ever remotely worked.
"International" armies sound nice but the lack of cohesion just damns them. History is rife with polyglot armies going down to dust. Read on Xerxes' expedition to Greece, Napoleon's expedition to Russia, and such.
Maybe in a few hundred years when the technology is up to solving most of the problems except for funding and who the troops call Daddy, will it be a workable idea.

The problem is, of course, how to run it: what should its mission be? The UN can't do it: in the case of Iraq, it was paralyzed by the billions of dollars in bribes that Saddam paid to several countries. The UN presence in south Lebanon (did you even know that there was one?) has been a total fiasco. Unless the command and control issue can be solved (and I can not see any possible way to do so), an international army is worthless.

The problem with that is who would be in charge?
A large portion of the UN is made up of nations with no democratic processes at all. I wouldn't want to give up control of the military to China, North Korea, or Pakistan. Or any of a host of other nations.
An International Army is a very bad idea.

ah no. Very few countries have any interest whatsoever in stopping muslim terrorists. Sad to say but very true. Thing is, it is only going to make the coming wars so much worse.

No, the UN has no real power, and would actually side with the terrorists because they are socialists and have a vested interest in seeing the west fail.

Until there is a better orginization than the UN to facilitate such an army, this is a pretty bad idea.

It's coming... this was the original idea of the Third Reich. Bush grandfather financed it and his father tried to get it started in the 80's.
I think "w"s kind of messed up his family's lifes work.

Well, the EURO Alliance is talking about one of there own, and that would probably make theirs bigger than ours, and at some point, probably also stronger if we keep selling off America!

It would never happen. Sorry but there are too many cultural differences and too many bigots and idiots in the world for this to happen.
