It is truly remarkable. I remember when it seemed impossible that we would ever have computers at home. Anything like cell phones was science fiction then. Humans are indeed clever creatures. Too bad we aren't smarter though and will likely destroy ourselves. We won't look so smart then.......
I have managed to avoid getting a cell phone thus far. Don't need one.

First I would say "the fast evolution" from...etc.
But as to the second part--I haven't adapted. I've been left behind. But I'm glad I got through from radio to tv to internet. That was a fun journey. But I refuse to use shortcut English.

I like having a cell phone for convenience. I hate seeing people have extended conversations in public.It is annoying listening to people having mindless conversations in the checkout line.

amazing! though it tends to make love messages less being valued than written in a paper :) yet adapting is the practical choice, otherwise you'll be left behind.
