1) No it is stealing oil from iraqi wells it has full control of iraq's oil wealth. but it is paying in the form of blood of its 2000+ soldiers...and 100,000 civlians!
2)Yes everyone knows he went to iraq for 2 reasons... to take his dad's revenge.. and to take oil...!
