ok i will tell you ALL THREE ANSWERS ARE POSSIBLE
lets consider number 1 happens: Israel will be wiped off and in return israel will be able to do nothing.. because it will be wiped off before it knew anything..!! but i think they will set missiles on iran too... but iran is a huge country and israel is slightly larger than new jersey!
now consider 2 happens: its the most likely thing to happen.. they will use it to defend itself.... in future america have some plans to invade Iran thats why it is stopping iran from developing nukes.. but Iran knows everything and it is playing a game and it will surely make nukes to defend itself!

The Iranians have learned this game from others.They like to play and play it well. They don't need to wait to build a nuke with North Korea to supply everything that they need. They will probably self destruct in their own civil war.But, whatever happens has already been planned a long time ago like a script. So, sit back and enjoy your Arabic blend coffee. As for Israel move them here instead. Then let the others nuke themselves.The oil wells need capping off anyway.

I don't think it will ever happen. If Iran develops one or several nuclear weapons they will only be used as a deterrent and a negotiating tool in world trade. They're not stupid enough to use it because the retaliation would be extreme. Look at what Israel is doing to Lebanon because they took two soldiers hostage. Image what they would do if they were nuked?
