First of all, no such bill, so stop panicking people.
Second, it wouldn't matter anyway - those of us who live in the District have always referred to it, and will always refer to it, simply as National. You would confuse a taxi driver here if you said you wanted to go to the Ronald Reagan airport. So they can name it after Cindy Sheehan or G. Gordon Liddy, and it'll still be National.
There's National, and there's Dulles, and if you plan poorly or are stupid, there's Baltimore.
