You really need to get off your computer and read the Bible! If you do not believe that is your problem not mine but when you post questions that are insulting that becomes my business. NEVER call the Bible trash again! And DON'T call me a LOSER!
By the way, I reported you! Your questions are not really even much of a question just an excuse to anger the people who believe. I think you are just scared, scared of admitting the truth! God is real!

if you think that the bible is garbage that is your right. You do not have to read anything you do not want to read. They are telling you to read it so that you can have a better understanding about what you are so against. And probably praying that you will stop being so closed minded and give God a chance to work in your life

Now, now, my child, settle down. The Bibles is a long and convoluted book, granted, but there is some really great poetry in it. Remember what the old saying is "one person's trash is another person's treasure". Don't read if you don't choose to.

don't read it then. no one's forcing you. I don't read the bible from cover to cover either,I see it as a guide, many of my friends rule their lives by it(so they say). A vicars wife told me the other week I would go to hell because I believed all religions are the same in feeling, we conform to what we are taught and thus we teach our children. needless to say I made a quick exit after. So I'm one of your lifes losers.. ahh well. a feeling is a gift of life.The bible has a good feeling to it

Who overcomes this world, it is those born of God. And this is the victory our faith. The winner is the one who studies the Word of God & learns the truth. The truth sets us free.

Well, you seem to have a strong opinion about a book you've never read. You can set aside the sprituality and just take it as it is. If it's nothing else its 5,000 years of human history.
I'm not a communist but I've read Marx's manifesto.

You don't have to do anything. I, myself, read it because if it turns out there isn't a God, then I'm alright anyway. But, if there is, and I haven't practiced a religion, well, I'm just screwed. Better safe than sorry, in my book at least. Everyone has their own religion, so do what you know is best for you.
