Gifted. I do this all the time. It was tough at first but I was fortunate to find some very good teachers. Don't ever believe ppl when they tell you that you are making it up. When you have children they will prob b the same way. Don't ever tell them to stop make believing in the things they tell you they see and know. Listen to them and help them to separate what is really there and what they are making up.

All people have the capacity to see things that otherwise would be invisible to their regular eyes.

Most people, however, are unconscious of this capacity.

So, the fact that you are aware of these things watching you (and they are everywhere, so its not just you, or around you), does not mean you are crazy, maybe just a bit more sensitive and aware.

It also doesn't make you 'special', or better than others, its just a bit of awareness that is possible for most, but that they do not know is possible. (i say this because it is easy to get carried away, and think you are a saint or a prophet or something silly like that).

So, you are not crazy or necessarily 'gifted' per se, but perhaps unusually sensitive and aware.

sounds to me as if you are developing mediumistically

although we dont call them ghosts .. but this is how spirit would appear to us ..
now before i get shouted at from everyone .. you have to be sure you arent crazy .. i would suggest this to everyone

are the images nice . are they people you know ? do they speak to you ? have you told anyone anything that you couldnt possibly know ?

the only way we can tell for sure if it is spirit or simply our imagination is to get proof and validation
