Anyone else like southern gospel music? I LOVE it, it's the best!!
(I do like some contemporary though, I love Casting Crowns)

Music is a universal language. Everyone has their preferences, but it's awesome anyway you want to look at it!
I like both traditional stuff, and the contemporary stuff...the only thing I can't really grab hold to is rap --- or maybe I just haven't given it fair enough chance yet?!??! I don't know.
Some of my personal favorites:
Song: "Voice of Truth" - Casting Crowns
Song: "Nothing Without You" - Bebo Norman
Song: "I'll take you back" - Jeremy Camp
Song: "Strong Tower" - Kutless
Song: "I'm Not Ashamed" - NewsBoys
Favorite Traditional Hymns: 'I Surrender All', 'Give Me A Holy Life', 'Sweet Hour of Prayer', 'I Must Have the Savior With Me', 'My Jesus I Love Thee', plus many others...
Basically, I usually like songs for their lyrics...not "totally" for their melody. I think that's why I can appreciate most genres of music.
