of a religious nature, regardless of what some would say, it boils down to religious or if you will, Holy Wars. How, from a persprctive of any faith, would the average person suggest putting an end to these wars? What can be done and how can peace be established. This is for all faiths. What concerns you about these wars over religion most? I personally believe things will be played out exactly as the Bible indicates, no absoulute peace until Jesus returns. According to scritpture, there will be one alleged world religion, what do think it will be? Why? How will this religion establish the (temporary in my opinion) peace? Also, do think that there is much love and concern for our fellow humans or is there more hatered and control issues ruling in the name of any one religious belief? Explain your reasoning.

I agree with you.
There will be no peace until Jesus returns.
Maybe when the Antichrist signs a 7 year peace deal with Isreal, there will be peace but only for 3 years.

You are right that the Bible prophecy is being played out and fulfilled.

For somone who doesn't believe in Jesus, they might think that there will never be peace. For all the differences in opinion and religion, I don't see how peace could ever be possible. Christians will defend Isreal and Muslims will attack Isreal. It is an on going conflict that will only cease when Jesus returns.

The one world religion, I believe, will be Islam.
why? Because it is fast growing and is basically the "rival" to Chrisianity. It is to blame for extremists that support terrorism. Terrorism is the opposite of peace. Just like Islam is the opposite of Christianity.
How will they establish peace? The antichrist will claim to be Muslim and strike a deal with Isreal. Since the Antichrist will be a master of deciet, He will convince others to join Islam. For He being Muslim and starting peace, others will see this and turn to Islam.

Is there much love and concern for our fellow humans or is there more hatred and control issues ruling in the name of religion?
I believe there has been a lot of hate over the years. I can't testify if there is more now then in past times. I can only observe and gather knowledge from what I see going on now. I believe it is possible that there is more hate now only because of the ability we have to distribute more hate. Examples being the ability to travel all over the world in just hours. Also this internet thing gives us more ability than ever to communicate and distribute ideas to others. The hate is more dispersed than in other times because we have the resources to disperse it any where in the world. As far as it being worse, I'm not really sure.

The peace can only be achieve when the numbers of Preists, Rabbis, Mullah stop preaching their own interpretation of hatred against each other who at present are in majority. These hate preachers are the most popular scholars among the masses.

The masses which really don't have the proper knowledge about their own scripture and they start preaching the same hatred which they listen from their religious scholars and now thank to internet there are plenty of websites who have dedicated to their mission to keep the hatred growing.

You are allowed to believe whatever you think is right. God never had the plan to make us all of one faith. This concept that their religion will be the religion of the world actually have deep roots in all religions. The truth is that this is not true.

Peace on earth is only possible if you don't make it your belief that God hate all the humans who do not follow your religion.

I agree with most of what you say. Every war (even personal wars) can be traced to a person's faith. If we do not have faith in something we will not fight for it.

One world religion? I do not think it will actually be one religion, but a conglomerate of religions that have agreed on some major issues that will dictated the morals of the world. They will determine what day you can worship and believe it or not they will allow the worship of whatever God you want to worship as long as you do it on their day.

Peace? There will be no more wars of a national or international scale, but there will be peace only for those that follow the dictates of the religion. All others well be persecuted. I think we will see a return to persecution much as was in the dark ages.
According to the Bible many will be thrown in prison during this time of peace.

What can be done and how can peace be established?

To this I say start with yourself.

Love and forgive yourself for anything you think you have done wrong.

When you have done this you cannot help but love all those around you. They will see and know that love is the answer.

Inch by inch
is a cinch.
by the yard
is hard.

oooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo

Also, do think that there is much love and concern for our fellow humans or is there more hatred and control issues ruling in the name of any one religious belief?

I think the present default is to hate however the tendency to chose love is on the rise and will triumph overall, in time.
It must because God created us and all we are is love.

Namaste

I don't think a war has to be religious in nature. The lack of religion can also lead to a war against one's own people. However, I would agree with you that religious conflict will not cease until the Second Coming of Jesus Christ. I believe that the religion that will fill the world will be Christianity. As a Mormon I am not even going to guess what form that Christianity will take, since I believe in ongoing revelation, and none of us have a corner on all truth. I think we just have to wait and see. It would be nice if we could take the best of our beliefs in the entire world and just re-direct it in a more organized way with allegiance given to God and Jesus Christ.

Yes, The bible has predicted these things would come about in Matthew the 24th chapter. The kingdom of God will bring about true peace. The antichrist will rise up to be a God and mislead many as a one world religion but it will not last long. I believe their is more hatred than love in this world. Remember Jesus said the love of the greater number will cool off and their would be divisions in the family

enjoying 'what if?' with historical past could be a desirable psychological exercising yet for certainly one of those important experience to be completely prevented could recommend a brilliant sort of activities occurring or not occurring as they actually did. The average person cannot put an end to war, not even if he groups together with many other average persons.
Psalm 46:9 and Micah 4:3 indicate that God only can put an end to war.
John 13:34,35 says that the primary identifying mark of Christians is that they demonstrate love.
If someone calling themselves 'Christian' engages in war, they are not living up to the Christian standard.
When God has had his fill of these hypocrites, he will step in.

I don't think ANY wars are fought over religion. Most are fought over money. The crusades used religion to "sell" it to the people, but look at who supported it and why. Merchants in Europe wanted easy, cheap access to goods from India and the Orient. The middle east was in their way. If the Europeans tried to cross themselves, they were attacked and killed. If they paid Arabs to carry goods they were charged very high rates. The crusaders gave them protected routes where they made money both ways. They delivered goods to the crusaders and picked up the goods they wanted on their return.
