It means get a different boyfriend.
It sounds like - although he might really like you (hence getting jealous if some other guy looks at you) - he's not going to be able to marry you because he has to marry someone of his own religion. So why waste time dating him?

It means if you ain't his religion you two won't be together for long. he gets jealous because he knows your a great and an attractive so if ya'll do break up he knows what he'll be missing out on.
