"Crucify him, the angry people cried. Crown him, let him not remain alive. He must be crucified!" So, a circle of pain and love came down upon his head; it was not for anything he'd done or for anything he'd said. For all his life he sought to show they were living a lie. But they didn't care to hear him; they just wanted him to die. A circle of glory will be placed upon his brow, and He'll come to regin forever, though it may not seem so now. We stand before our glory of our Savior and our King.

Once again beautifully put! I wasn't there but I might as well have been because of the many sins that I have committed and God still pours out his mercy and grace on me thru forgiveness of sins.

What, is this like a popup banner ad? Free advertising? Where was I when they crucified "your" Lord??? I was unborn for about 1,935 years. Hey, mabye I was in Heaven before embarking on my little field trip. Sure hope they let me back in. I don't know why I keep answering "religious" questions. It's not like I'm gonna get the 10 points. I guess some things are worth depleting the ratio of your Best Answers to Questions Answered. Right now I'm hovering at 7 percent. This will probably drop my average back down to 6 percent. Oh well, it was worth it. In case I haven't put too fine of a point on my response, how's this: Please get over yourself and don't believe everything you think. Just my humble opinion.

Yoda green forgot all that grammar he learned in school.
Breaking Report: This just in "Were you there when they crucified my Lord?" is in fact a QUESTION! Unfortunately neither Yoda or I were there. Still believe though. Back to you Mr. Green.

That is a beautiful song - and even though I wasn't there as it was centuries before my time - He knew I was coming along and he died for me anyway that day! Praise the Lord!

My spirit has been there. I am crucified with Christ never the less I live, Yet not I but Christ liveth in me. And the life I now live I live by faith in Him who loved me and gave His life for me.
