I live in the freakin mid west, of course I like corn!

I love boiled corns, POPed corns (Plain), Roasted corn with salt and Chilly powder and bit of lime juices applied over it.
How does this sound on a rainy day.

I love corn. Especially sweet corn I love to use it in my mango salsa. I also like it roasted. I cut it off the cob, mix it with butter, seasoned salt, black pepper and garlic powder, spoon it into a bowl and gobble it up. I also like to use it in my crawfish boil. I love corn chowder, corn souffle (seriously! It's good!), corn flakes, corn Chex, popcorn (all flavors!), and corn Pops. God bless corn (also known as maize)!
