Very low, the odds are stacked agasint you.
Increase your chances by playing Craps and Blackjack, they have the best odds of winning. Stay away from slot machines and roulette. They have the worst odds.

Your best bet is to bet roulette. The numbers are 1-36 with a 0 and a 00 sometimes. You can bet half your money on numbers 1-12 and the other half on numbers 13-24. This will give you 24 chances out of 37(or 38). This will give you about a 64% chance of winning 50% more money than you bet, with a 36% chance of losing everything.
Of course you would then have to leave town to maintain your 50% winnings, or leave town because you were broke!
Don't come to Vegas to win, come to Vegas for fun.

In the 15 or so trips I've taken, I've come home twice a winner, 3 or 4 times a big loser, and the other times kinda breaking even. And that's only because I can usually stop playing when I get a win. The mistake that keeps Vegas in the black: people ALMOST ALWAYS gamble away their winnings because winning makes us greedy. And losing makes us desperate. Keep this in mind and you may avoid the #1 pitfall of Vegas - "These winnings are mine and I won't give them back!"

I think, as far as slot machines go, most are at about 98 % payout...so on average you'll win 98 % of what you spend (on slots)
however, if you mean winning an additional 50 % (including the money you spent) well, that's probably a longshot...
