Normally the growth plate located between bones,stop growing around 18.If the growth plate is traumatized it can cause deformities of the bones.You can't do anything to encourage bone growth at your age.

no! you genetics determine your height. you can not control it or alter it through exercises.
you might be able to increase your height via drug therapy. HGH (human growth hormone) drugs MIGHT increase your height, but they will cause all of your bones to grow. You may end up looking like a caveman. The drugs are expensive ($1200/month) and have a number of side effects.
