I work out for a half hour on my lunch break and then grab a bite to eat right after. Is that not good- should I eat first then work out?

I've read that you are not supposed to eat anything heavy for thirty minutes before or 2 hours after working out.

Dont eat before working out because your stomach needs extra blood flow to carry off the food and your muscles need extra blood flow during exercise. Don't combine the two.

It is difficult and unhealthy to lose more than one or two pounds per week. There are 3,500 calories in a pound. If you eat 500 fewer calories per day for a week you will lose one pound. If you burn through exercise 500 more calories per day for a week you will lose one pound.

*2) Eat natural and organic foods found on earth versus something created by a corporation to make money. Eat meals in small portions throughout the day and take a good multi-vitamin supplement.

eat after ur workout. to help ur muscles recover and to replace their glycogen stores, eat a meal dat contains both protein and carbohydrates within two hours of ur exercise session.
