No.
Blood cells regenerate themselves. In addition, I suspect the 600ml of blood or similar you donate will be quickly replaced by water in your system.

Blood makes up for an approx 8% of you body weight, so when you donate blood you give 500 cc which would be 1/10 of the normal amount of blood circulating through your body, so the immediate answer to your question is yes, not something really noticeable but you do.
Interestingly a few hours after wards your body will all ready have re established the amount of liquids lost in the donation and in less than 3 months you should have all ready replenished the amount of red and white blood cells.
I wouldn't recommend blood donations as a weight loosing program, there are easier ways and besides you shouldn't donate more than 4 times a year

was some concern in the area of voluntary blood donations in Jamaica because many persons who could donate blood refused to do so for a variety of reasons. These reasons "run the gambit from persons being afraid of being poked about with a needle to believing that giving blood would make them lose weight," he said.
Dr. Pena noted that last year, PAHO worked closely with the NBTS in conducting an anthropological study to determine why persons were "prone not to donate blood" and subsequently "developed methodological guidelines for knowledge of the attitude and practices of the public regarding blood donation".

Just the weight of the blood for a short while.
Your body will generate more blood to make up for the blood you gave, from the food that you eat.

Yes, it does, but very small difference in weight. If you give blood of 1/2 litre may result in reduce of 25 to 75 gms in your weight.
This is just for initial period. After 1 or 2 hours it becomes normal.

A gallon of water weighs 8.5 punds
A pint is 1/8 of a gallon - therefore you have donated about a pound (maybe a little more as blood density maybe higher)
The trick is that your body will immediately work to replace what it has lost with higher retension of fluids and greater consumption of nourishment.

No way!!!! blood does not equal fat! plus your body will work to replenish the lost blood, like when women have their periods. If you lose too much blood you can become anaemic! what you do lose is a lot of iron.
