hot sauce- eggs
I also use a lot of garlic & cheese!

I put the most salt on fries
I don't use pepper
Hot sauce i just drink out of the bottle

Most Salt= lemon
Most pepper= tomatoes
Most hot sauce= mexican food (cuz im a latina beauty) and pizza
most mustard=hotdogs

Salt: Broccoli & Fries.
Pepper: everything! esp. RED pepper.
Hot Sauce: not so much.

To be honest with you........When my first boyfriend's dad had a Heart-Attack, and was put on a "NO Salt diet", thats when my beau & I quit salt, oh 27, years ago...but, I do have too have it on like a hard-boiled egg, or definately popcorn.... Certain things, just have to be enhanced, by salt !!! I love salsa, on my cottage cheese !!! On, my burritos, taco's, and its so deliscious mixed with philly cream cheese, as a dip!! And, my girlfriends & I invented that one, way back, in the 80s, not the commercial people !!! They must have told someone, who told someone, who told the Commercial Industry !!! Because, we were partying one night and got the munchies, and decided we'd wondered what cream cheese, blended with salsa, would taste like, I think we were out of dip, and we all lived like 10, miles from the nearest store, and we blended this, and my gosh, everytime after, .......Every "Get-Together" we had, that dip, plus Quacamole, was on our coffee tables!!! Along with a large bowl of chips........Hot sauce, like tobasco, my dad always put on his eggs, I personally like La Victoria, or Pace, on my eggs......Yummo !!!!

Never put salt /peppar/hot sauce in my food. The salt/peppar/hot sauce are on the table for each person to use.

My collard Greens with ham hocks. They be so hot your nose be running. A lot of Creole seasoning does the trick. Hot sauce just makes it better.
