I think many of these answers demonstrate your point. Many people in the US believe that...for instance...Israel never attacked Lebanon, while in truth, Israel has been attacking Lebanon for decades. Remember the 80's? People think that the palestinians attack Israel because they are evil people or some such nonsense. Israel has been occupying close to double the land that is actually theirs for over 30 years, treated palestinians as second-class citizens or worse, do not allow them to vote, put them in camps where they were blockaded from food and other goods coming in, etc.

Fox News has, since the lead-up to the Iraq War, inferred some connection to 9/11 and continue to do so to this day. In a recent poll, over 50% of Fox News viewers still believe that Iraq had WMD, and over 80% still believe that Iraq had something to do with Osama binLaden and the 9/11 attacks. Both of these are untrue, yet Fox News viewers (primarily Republican) still believe them because of what they are told.

Over 90% of all media in this country are owned by 5 companies. The heads of each of these companies have donated 50% more (or more) to Republican candidates than to Democrat candidates. The largest contributor to the Bush campaigns both in 2000 and 2004 was Rupert Murdock...owner of the second largest media conglomeration in America...including Fox News. This is why there has been no real questioning of anything the administration has said or done. Even the New York Times had the photos of the Abu Ghraib incidents for almost a year before they were forced to publish them because they showed up on the internet. It's not just to promote Racism, but to push the Neo-Conservative agenda.

Huh? What is the world are you trying to say little fish?

No I don't think the US media is guilty of racist crimes though most of them are guilty of not doing their jobs.

Why do you libs want to find all these people to blame for the conflict in Lebanon except the people who are actually responsible? First it was Israel's fault, then America's now you are trying to blame the press?

This is Hezbollah's fault, why is this so hard to understand for you?

Did any of you who replied this already study the subtext? confident, a burning circulate is a hate crime, despite if the factor the questioner grew to alter into attempting to make grew to alter into that so is dazzling Sarah Palin in effigy. study.Plus, on an identical time as I do agree that "hate crime" is a detrimental call for it because of implication that loathe itself is criminalized, dazzling the effigy of Sarah Palin, or absolutely everyone else, needs to be unlawful on some factor, no rely what call you supply to it.

Exactly!!Israel wasn't attacking Lebanon,even though
Hezbolla was lobing rockets into Israel, and the Lebanese
government was supposed to be disarming them and didn't.So they saw nothing was happening so they decided to cross the border and kidnap 2 soldiers ( plus the one in Gaza, and please don't tell me that was a coincidence )and then Israel finally reacted and now it's everybodies fault but Hezbolla. Is this a case of "pretzel
logic"?

Rock Hunter is right. Much of our media commit borderline treason on a regular basis.

the majority of US mass media are guilty of much more than race baiting, they also aid terrorists, divulge vital secrets & undermine our nations security, manipulate elections, diseminate hate speech, undermine the constitution...
no better than the Enquirer.
