i believe she is from looney tunes- she's the annoying little girl who's going to love you and give you lots of hugs and kisses, be bestest friends...and so on...anyone know what her name is??

think it's elmira or elmyra or however you spell it. i think you're talkin about the red-headed one, right? kinda looks like elmer fudd in a way?

Yeah he's right...it's Elmira. Her character didn't take off until they paired her with Pinky and the Brain but even then she wasn't everyone's favorite. She was on bits of the Looney Tunes with this dog and some blonde haired boy.
